Executive Chef

Originally from Sicily, Chef Rossella immediately fell in love with the island of Antiparos upon her first visit. After a long career as a chef in Milano, she launched Salerosso in 2012. Her speciality is fresh pasta of all shapes and origins. She loves a well prepared plate of pasta and looks forward to sharing her pastas with you.

Michela Pessina

Sommelier

With certification from AIS, the Italian Sommelier’s Association, Michela specialises in Italian wines from North to South. Our guests rely on Michela’s expertise to pair the perfect wine with each dish. As a native of the Piedmont, Michela loves a robust Barolo or Barbaresco. In the summer months, Michela serves lighter, effervescent wines that pair beautifully with our pasta dishes.
